Tpsbet Terms & Conditions — Please read before use

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") form a binding agreement between Tpsbet (tpsbet.ws) and all users of its services. By opening an account, placing bets, or using any service through the tpsbet.ws website or mobile app, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

All information provided during registration at tpsbet must be accurate, complete, and your own. Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time and any balance may be forfeited.

• Each person may register only one account — multiple accounts under the same identity are strictly prohibited.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your own responsibility. Your account must not be shared with any third party.
• To change your phone number or email address, please verify your identity and contact our support team.
• tpsbet may request identity verification documents at any time to ensure account security.

To use Tpsbet's services, you must meet the eligibility criteria below. Anyone who does not meet these requirements has no right to use tpsbet.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately.
• Mental Capacity: You must be of sound mind and fully capable of making financial decisions.
• Self-Exclusion: If you have previously self-excluded from tpsbet, your account cannot be used until the self-exclusion period has ended.

Tpsbet currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (one hundred BDT).
• Deposits are credited to your account instantly. If funds don't appear within 30 minutes, contact support with a screenshot of the transaction.
• The account used for deposits and the tpsbet account must belong to the same person — third-party payments are not accepted.
• Deposits are generally free of charge. However, your MFS provider's own transaction fees may apply.

Withdrawals at Tpsbet follow a clear and structured process. Your account must have completed KYC verification before you can submit a withdrawal request.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳300 (three hundred taka).
• Daily withdrawal limits are set according to account level — ৳10,000 for standard accounts and ৳50,000 for KYC-verified accounts.

• tpsbet reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were incorrect due to a technical error.
• Maximum winnings per bet are subject to set limits, which vary depending on the game type and event.

Tpsbet offers a range of promotional offers that provide extra value to users. Each bonus, however, comes with specific terms — it is important to read these before claiming any bonus.

• Welcome Bonus: Available on your first deposit. To claim it, you must deposit within 7 days of registration.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements — typically the bonus amount must be wagered 5x–15x before it can be withdrawn.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts on the same IP address or device is strictly prohibited.
• tpsbet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer, though this will not apply to bonuses that have already been claimed.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus balance will first be applied toward meeting the wagering requirements.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tpsbet. Violations may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity or abusing bonuses.
• Using insider information to manipulate match outcomes or any involvement in match-fixing for personal gain.
• Depositing funds from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Placing bets using software bots or automated programs.
• Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to or hack the tpsbet system.
• Accessing another user's account or personal information.

The identity verification (KYC) process at Tpsbet is in place for your own protection. It ensures that your funds are accessible only to you.

• For your first withdrawal, you will need to submit photos of the front and back of your National ID (NID) along with a selfie.
• KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

Tpsbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances.

• No compensation applies for service unavailability during scheduled maintenance windows.
